Forestry University
With the aim to produce academically competant and pratical oriented professional veterinarians and animal scientist, B.V.Sc. & A.H. program is launched under Agriculture and Forestry University, Rampur, Chitwan.It is a five year ( 10 semester) program after 12 years of schooling in major science.After 9 semester examinatiom there is compulsory provision of 6 months rotating internship to be eligible for registration under Nepal Veterinary Council Act.
Each year thousands of student compete for the Entrance Examination held by the University to be eligible for admission under this program.
Academic Qualifications to appear in Entrance Examination.
Applicant must have listed qualifications to appear in Entrance Examination which is generally held after Tihar ( Kartik/Mangsir) or (November/December).
REQUIREMENTS
SLC / SEE : 2nd Division / > C grade
10+2 : 50 % / > C+ (Total Grade)
Candidates must secure ' C ' grade in each subject ( Theory + Practical) attending Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as major subjects and 50 % study in Mathematics.

Question Pattern / Subject Wise ( Revised On 2077/2020)
Entrance is completely based on Multiple Choice Objective questions. Entrance Examination is same for B.V.Sc & A.H. and B.Sc. Fisheries but seat is allocated based on your merit. Previously the question was of 80 full marks but from year 2020, it has been changed to 100.

Total = 100
Examination Time : 1 hrs and 10 Min.
Admission :
Admission is completely based on your merit score (100%) , but if there is tie in entrance score, CGPA of 10+2 / I.Sc. and SLC/ SEE is taken in references to publish your merit rank.
Entrance result is publish on the same day of yout Entrance Examination on official website of University ( afu.edu.np)
